[New Product] Groom Genie makes brushing easy as petting

Find the Groom Genie at 1800PetMeds

Some pets love to be groomed. Others…not so much. Regular grooming not only improves the look and feel of your pet’s coat, but also helps prevent several health problems. Needless to say, brushing your pet helps keep your home cleaner, too! Now, there’s a way to brush your pet that’s easier on you and your furry friend.

Benefits of grooming your pet

Regularly brushing your pet does more than just get rid of loose fur. It is an opportunity to examine your pet for scrapes or sores that may not be easily seen. Regular grooming reduces the probability of hairballs and associated choking or vomiting, as well. It’s also a nice time to give your pet some focused attention and loving care. However, using the wrong brush may be stressful or even painful for your pet. Pulling or yanking of hair, scraping of sharp bristles on delicate skin or even being approached with a brush that looks a little intimidating can make for a bad experience for sensitive pets.

Groom Genie – the pet brush that thought of everything

The Groom Genie is a revolutionary pet grooming tool unlike any other. The makers of Groom Genie sought to design a pet brush that makes the entire brushing process more enjoyable for pets and pet parents alike.

This palm-held, ergonomic paw shaped grooming tool makes brushing feel more like petting, so your pet stays calm and relaxed.

Tri-level bristles easily sweep through your pet’s coat, detangling matted areas and removing loose hair and dander at every depth of your pet’s fur. The flexibility of the patent-pending bristles makes the Groom Genie easy to clean, and the light color allows you to see any pests, dirt, or dried blood that could be signs of skin problems.

Stroking your pet with the Groom Genie also helps pull natural skin oils through your pet’s coat for improved shine and luster.

The Groom Genie is lightweight and comfortable to hold, so you can keep brushing longer and reach areas that handled brushes may miss. Groom Genie is available in sizes perfect for cats, small dogs and medium to large dogs and works on any fur, hair and pet type. In fact, Groom Genie can be used on wet or dry fur making it great for after baths, too.

  1. Lucy is a normal dog that needs brushing like other dogs every day.

  2. I need a groom genie for my Australian Shepherd. She’s 15 and hates to be brushed. She’s afraid of the grooming place because they put her in a crate for a couple of hours and it scares her. I don’t want her traumatized at her age. Thank you.

  3. Because of all the pet hair on the bed

  4. Would love this to groom my two doys. I have tried other things but they both get mats in there hair and it’s hard to get out

  5. I have 4 fur babies at home. All of them are rescue animals. I have 3 gorgeous feline daughters and 1 beautiful canine daughter. As you might imagine with 4 fur children the fur is certainly flying in my home if I don’t keep my beautiful girls brushed. I have a brush that I use on the dog but I have yet to find a brush that all 3 of my finicky felines can agree on. They all love being brushed but they can’t agree on being brushed using the same type of brush. I would love to have one of your brushes for my cats because from what I have seen/read I believe it just might be a winner among all 3 girls. I love the ergonomic design and I think it would suit all 3 of my little girls

  6. I have 4 dogs and 1 cat. I would prefer the dog model. Taking them all to the groomers is a headache for the groomer and the dogs, as they don’t like being separated from each other. The Beagle is the smallest and the other 3 are Shepherd/Husky Mix.

  7. We would love to win a Groom Genie for our lovely long haired kitty, Belle! She so enjoys being brushed! Thank you for this opportunity!

  8. My Kitty Sophia sheds all year long and doesn’t really enjoy being brushed for more than a few minutes at a time. We both would love to try the Groom Genie!

We would love the cat groom genie! Our boy Yoga is always out in the field hunting and basking I’m the sun afterwards of course he needs a good brushing. Please consider us!

  10. Our German Shepherd, Guenter, is scared to death of normal brushes. We have tried several different kinds but anything with bristles freaks him out and he takes off like a shot. This looks like it may be the answer.

  11. Having a yorkie and a Shepard/yorkie mix, brushing is a MUST to keep them groomed and also keep hair from getting on EVERYTHING!! I also Foster dogs and cats and would LOVE to sample the brush and give my review! I know when I buy online or otherwise, I always look at the reviews first before I purchase!

  12. With a medium sized dog and several cats, fur abounds in my home. Definitely need a better grooming tool!!

  13. I have two fur babies, Angel my cat and Maui my min-pin. Angel and I would like to win a Groom Genie. She let’s me brush her, but not very long. I’ve tried different brushes. Maybe she’s just waiting for a Groom Genie. This would be great to win. Thanks….

  14. My girl is getting older and she has trouble cleaning herself because of her arthritis. We took her to the vet and they were able to get some knots out but keeping her tangle free is tough. She’s long haired, so she needs the help.

  15. My lovely lady is a pointer, spaniel mix and even though she is short hair dog she explodes with fur! Even during the winter I find balls of hair everywhere and with the summer coming… Oh boy! I joke around after brushing her that she produces tribbles 😊

  16. I need this because I adopted a dog from the shelter that I was told didn’t shed. 5 years later and we love our dog to death but he sheds like crazy. My husband , to this day says, “He doesn’t shed, huh?!?!” I’d be much more likely to be able to adopt another dog if I had a great way of keeping the shedding under control. 🙂

  17. I own four cats, one is a Persian and needs brushed twice daily, but it doesn’t stop the “fur babies” I find on my carpet. I LOVE my kitties but the black “fur babies” hanging out on my dream colored carpet is just gross looking, and I have a messed up back so bending over to pick up the “fur babies” all the time is not possible. A new grooming tool that could help reduce how much fur is left on my floor would be AWESOME! And I foster kittens and cats for a local shelter, so you just never know when I’m going to acquire yet another long-haired mess that needs some good brushing.

  18. My piper loves brushing pet genie will make it fun and easy

Our sweet Boston Terrier Stanley would love the petting part; we would love the grooming part!

  20. We desperately need one for dogs because we foster dogs for a local pitbull rescue and the ones that come to us usually she’s a lot more than our personal pup and they need to be groomed and look their best for all our adoption events.

  21. We need the cat version as we have a 12 year old cat and a 10month old kitten in a basement apartment that doesn’t have return vents for our air to circulate my husband has a mild cat allergy and my mom can’t visit at all as she has a major cat allergy and if we could reduce the amount of hair with this they both may breathe easier

  22. I have a father and son duo totally opposite of each other. Dad is a long haired fox terrier mix and his son is just like his mother terrier mix (hair like Toto) . The last time I took my boy Tiger to the groomers he wined and the groomer called me back within 15 minutes and told me I had to get him she made the decision to groom him first because he stayed whining. His father only gets groomed by my husband because he’s got a bad attitude

  23. M medium sized dog (Beagle) and I need a Groom Genie because she sheds everywhere!

  24. I work as a bather in a grooming shop this would be neat to try when I’m ready to brush

  25. I love my goldendoodles curls but if I had a groom genie, she wouldn’t get matted as he curls grow.
