I know a young dog (recently spayed) who is dealing with this problem. I’m not sure if it’s due to her spay or not, how do you know? But she definitely has trouble. Hopefully she won’t have this issue her whole life but it’s good to know there are options that can help. Very frustrating for the owners to deal with I’m sure!

Shortly after my sister’s pit bull turned a year old (she had be spayed about 6 months before) she started to leak. She went to the vet and the dog has incontinence from spaying. The dog was given this medication which stopped the leaking for a couple of months. The dog started leaking again and she is back on the Incurin tablets. This medication has helped control the leaking.

Forgot to add that the vet said the dog will probably need to be on meds for the rest of her life.
